How to remove and replace a broken sway bar link. Dodge Caravan 96-07 Chrysler Town and Country Tools Needed: Screw driver or pry bar to remove hub caps. Socket & Wrench to remove wheel lug nuts. Metric Set of Wrenches / 18mm (preferably long handle for good torque). Allen wrenches (possibly needed for replacement sway bar link) Grease gun (lubricate new Sway Bar Links) Jack life & Jack stands, Wood to chock rear wheels. Propane or MAP gas torch to remove stubborn parts. Wheel grinder (air or electric) to remove seized lower bolt. Alternatively a Reciprocating saw can be used rather than cutting wheel.
